Are you an experienced Risk Manager with a passion for delivering best-in-class risk oversight in high-profile infrastructure programmes? Our client, a dynamic and respected consultancy based in Central London, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Manager to join their growing team.
This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with a balance between remote work and time on-site with clients in Central London. Both permanent and contract engagements will be considered.
About the Role:
As Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting infrastructure programme delivery by driving the management, control, and distribution of documentation and risk-related information across the project lifecycle. You will be instrumental in enabling clear, timely reporting and governance through robust documentation practices and risk controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management, validation, storage, and distribution of risk-related documentation and communications as part of the programme’s information reporting cycle.
Collaborate with Risk and PMO teams to develop, maintain, and manage a Document Control List, ensuring transparency and accountability across deliverables.
Monitor and report on the quality and timeliness of documentation and service delivery.
Support the implementation of consistent risk and document control processes across projects.
Facilitate risk workshops, maintain risk registers, and provide analytical support to identify and mitigate emerging risks.
Ensure governance processes are followed and documentation meets programme and client standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a Risk Manager or in a similar role within infrastructure, construction, engineering, or consultancy sectors.
Strong background in programme risk management and documentation control processes.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with risk tools (e.g., ARM, Primavera Risk Analysis) and document control systems.
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
