JOB DESCRIPTION Outline Information Job Title: DIVE TENDER Location: Site Based Job Type: Permanent Trial Period: 6 Months Hours: Full time – 40hrs per week Mon-Fri Salary: £18,500.00 + depending on experience Overtime: Single rate over 40hrs Mid-week. 1.5 times basic (weekends only, as and when required) Holidays: 20 days per annum + Statutory. Vehicle: No Vehicle will be provided for this role, the dive team has 3 vehicles to be used across the team. Expenses: Hotels/Accommodation paid direct by company Subsistence allowance paid Our Client is currently the UK’s leading public swimming pool specialist. Our product portfolio includes swimming pool water treatment & filtration, moveable floor & boom systems, wave machines water features & Rides. Role Summary We are looking for a conscientious person who can assist the dive team on dive works & balance tank cleans. The roles would suit someone who has the desire to learn, organised & is a tidy person. Requirements 1. Candidates should have an interest in diving or pool plant. 2. With a customer base of over 150 contracts on the diving & balance tank works, good customer care is essential. 3. The ability to “multi-task” is essential, the department is very busy with the focus continually moving. 4. An understanding of commercial diving would be an advantage. 5. An understanding of tiling / repairs would be an advantage. 6. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite is essential. 7. Full UK Driving Licence (Clean preferred) 8. H&S knowledge would be advantageous. Key Role Duties TO REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE SERVICE & MAINTENANCE MANAGER & DIVE TEAM SUPERVISOR 1. To assist & the dive team in duties. 2. Completion of service paperwork. 3. To attend office based & site meetings to discuss potential works. 4. To attend training courses. 5. To keep the dive van tidy
