We’re proud to announce that Morson’s HR Outsource team has been named the winner of the first-ever In-House Recruitment (IHR) Supplier Award in the Early Careers Solution category, a significant recognition of the innovative work delivered by our HR Outsource division in partnership with leading engineering clients.

The 2025 IHR Supplier Awards celebrate excellence, impact, and forward-thinking solutions across the talent acquisition industry. Morson was shortlisted alongside Connectr Talent Technology, Prospects, and The Talent Games, with the winners revealed at a ceremony hosted at Quaglino’s, London, on 1st May 2025.
This award recognises the impact of Morson’s Early Careers Development Programme, which was created in partnership with Urenco to drive graduate recruitment, apprenticeships, internships, and placements. Since launching in 2023, the programme has delivered exceptional results:
● 142% increase in applications for graduate roles
● 132% increase in applications for placements
● 100% retention of candidates from offer to acceptance, and from placement into graduate roles
These outcomes reflect a holistic approach to early talent engagement, from attraction and selection to onboarding and long-term development. The Early Careers Programme’s success is also a testament to the collaboration between our HR Outsourcing consultation and client Learning and Development and operational teams, ensuring alignment with current workforce needs and future skills pipelines.
At the heart of this initiative is a commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, and social mobility. By engaging a wider and more diverse pool of early careers talent, Morson is not only supporting its clients’ long-term hiring strategies but also empowering the next generation to thrive in meaningful careers.
Looking ahead, the Early Careers Development Programme is set to expand across additional disciplines with plans for the establishment of new university partnerships, greater event participation, and enhanced access points for emerging talent.
