We’re excited to announce that Morson Group has been named a finalist for ‘Recruitment Agency of the Year – 100+ Employees’ category at this year’s Recruiter Awards.
Recruiter Awards is the UK’s largest event celebrating excellence across the recruitment industry, recognising the outstanding achievements of both agencies and in-house teams.

Earning a place at the 2025 Recruiter Awards is a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and accomplishments of our entire team over the past year.
Despite the year being defined by economic uncertainty and market shifts, Morson stood out for its resilience, strategic agility, and bold approach to growth. While others could have slowed down, we accelerated, securing three new MSP contracts, expanding in high-growth sectors like aerospace, defence, energy, and technology, and seamlessly balancing permanent and contingent hiring solutions.
Additionally, we empowered businesses with end-to-end solutions, proving we are more than just a recruitment company. From technical resourcing, consultancy, and engineering design to HR, training, screening, and technology-driven talent strategies – we are committed to pushing boundaries.
