Helpdesk Advisor - Customer Support - Interim to Permanent Leading provider of maintenance services in the UK are currently recruiting for proactive and dynamic Helpdesk Advisors to join our established team on the Aztec West Business Park in Bristol. The Helpdesk Advisor will be responsible for managing incoming calls and responding to emails from our clients as well as maintaining client databases. Full training is provided, and previous customer service experience is essential. Experience within a similar scheduling position is desirable but not essential. Hours Monday to Friday between Shifts between 7am - 7pm, 1 in 4 weekends on a rota basis 37.5 hours per week with overtime availability What will I be doing? Managing incoming calls and emails Maintaining databases and ensuring deadlines are met Reacting to emergencies raised by the client and overseeing engineer's attendance Working within a team to reach targets Taking ownership of workload on a daily basis What qualities do I need? Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or contact centre setting Excellent telephone manner Strong organisation skills and a high attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team Excellent IT skills and previous experience using Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi task and make effective decisions quickly Why work for us? SPAD Design ExpertGrenoble, Isère, Rhône-Alpes, France
Job Purpose and Responsibilities: Design and improve SPAD and SiPM optical performance through optimization of SPAD structure and process. Coordinate the SPAD architecture and specifications with read-out circuit, and process integration design, to improve the final performance efficiently. Create and implement the detailed technical development procedure, such as short-loop process lot, architecture lot, and device lot. Work with system level engineering and architecture to model and optimize devices, components and systems Whats required to succed in this role: Passion and understanding on smart phone, wearable or other consumer device Concentration, confidence and patient to success Able to work efficiently in a multi-cultural, multi-site, multi-language and changing environment Creative and innovative Requirements (Qualifications, Skills/Experience, etc) Master degree related major. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in APD?SPAD or SiPM design and optimization Experience/knowledge in CMOS process Experience on TOF system development, modeling and simulation is a plus.
