IT Security Consultant DESCRIPTION Generate reports and report analyses in different formats (PowerPoint, Word, or Excel) including, but not limited to, draft DLF assessment reports, ICF process summary reports, and other reports or analyses. Generate artefacts and other related documentation as required or requested Provide comments and improvement suggestions and/or updates to supervisor after completing assigned tasks Render recommendations on assigned tasks (as applicable) Follow up on deliverables with internal and external parties. Assistance in the disaster recovery resilience exercise testing a data center failover scenario Support in vulnerability remediation project - analyse reports related to various security services such as web filtering, SOC activities, security incidents, vulnerability management,patching etc. Support in deception project - develop material to support the creation or the improvement of various security requirements, plans and test cases Support in other tasks such as organising meetings, drafting agendas, preparing minutes or advising on security topics. Ensure tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner without interruption. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree in relevant field is mandatory (Computer Science, IT Security) Minimum 3 years of experience for intermediate level Minimum 6 years of experience for senior level Solid understanding of the current IT security threat landscape and countermeasures Experience in evaluating IT security aspects of various solutions in the context of data location framework reviews using a standard questionnaire Experience in conducting and organizing year-end internal control framework documentation reviews and attestations Experience in conducting failover tests of data centers Extensive knowledge of contemporary IT security concepts, solutions and tools Extensive knowledge of threat and vulnerability management and deception technologies Extensive knowledge of and experience with computer systems administration, computer networks, and virtualisation technologies Service Delivery Management experience (vendor management, reporting, relationship management, etc.) Very good verbal and written English communication skills, other language skills are beneficial.

Sharepoint ECM Specialist - Tallinn Morson International are working with a global consultancy who are looking for a Sharepoint ECM Specialist to join their team in Tallinn. This is an initial 10 month contract with the chance for a number of extensions. My client are paying 350 Euros a day. The Sharepoint Specialist will: - Manage the web-based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and collaboration resources used by staff and stakeholders - Create and maintain SharePoint site collections with multiple sites, unique navigational elements, custom content types and site columns, site pages, web part pages, workflows, retention policies, and governance policies - Work with staff and key stakeholders to define the high level solution to be delivered - Monitor and report on usage as well as perform security audits of the systems - Implement the final design (i.e. _look-and-feel_) of the User Interface (UI) collaborating with communication staff - Coordinates technical reviews ensuring that the application UI meets usability, functional, and client's UI guidelines and standards - Collaborate with governance/oversight group to align with corporate strategy - Provide training and act as a _point of contact_ for web related questions and requests - Produce and maintain procedural documentation The successful Sharepoint Specialist will have: - Minimum 3 years of relevant education (bachelor degree or equivalent) after the secondary school - Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience - Minimum 4 years experience in web site management - 4 years of web page design and development experience - 3 years of IT/System and/or web design/development experience. Two years of SharePoint development experience. One year of SharePoint architectural design experience on an enterprise implementation - 2 years of Microsoft administration experience on Windows operating systems. Scripting and/or Microsoft .NET development experience - Experience in web site support - Microsoft SharePoint certification or equivalent experience - Good understanding of SharePoint and the different out of the box web parts and their functionality, InfoPath Form Services and SharePoint Designer - Demonstrated experience translating a final design into a finished SharePoint web presence - Knowledge of information management technologies and platforms especially SharePoint 2010 - Experience with web design tools - Security Requirements: Candidates shall possess a high level of integrity and a Personnel Security Clearance for accessing EU Classified Information, at least for level EU Secret. Role Profile Manage design engineering teams to ensure delivery to programme Ensure production of detailed active and passive design packs including detail of cable routes cable allocation, cabinet locations and fibre allocation, active equipment design and configuration details. Provide guidance and support to designer engineers building relationships with key stakeholders. Manage the resource levels within the team to ensure costs are within budget. Ensure BOMs are produced and standardised where possible against design packs. Escalate risks and issues that may affect delivery of HPC project or impact on Interfacing Organisations; Ensure consistency in standards and processes across all projects Report delays and changes to workstreams to ensure resource is accurately forecast Provides information to enable the compilation of monthly performance and progress report for all workstreams around responsibility Identify equipment forecast (inventory and non-inventory) to ensure continuity of supply Identify designs that will enable the implementation of good nuclear safety and quality practices Identify initiatives within the organisation to continually improve the operations performance, the quality of delivery, and our focus on nuclear safety and quality practices in the environment we work. Key Responsibilities As part of the leadership team develop a culture based on nuclear safety and quality, acting as a role model for the internal team and all interfaces associated with the HPC project. Responsible for managing a team of design engineers to deliver telecommunications solutions within a nuclear environment. This is a multi-disciplined role and will include the management and coordination of engineering teams undertaking the production of: Installation Design System Engineering Electrical Design Production of CAD drawings Equipment Qualification Proof of Concept Engineering Manage resource levels to support production, review and timely delivery for the engineering of the project. Liaise with design engineers to identify system requirements and ensure robust engineering processes are in place to deliver solutions against the agreed requirements Ensure client requirements and regulatory standards are fully managed are understood and reflected in designs; Ensure that all designs are produced in line with statutory compliance regulations and procedures and promote best practice and continuous improvement in nuclear safety and quality. Monitor and audit to ensure "As-built" documentation is updated for all completed installations and is at the appropriate maturity level for the Health and Safety file. Work with the Project Management teams to develop and manage the programme forecast and ensure the resource demands are met. Ensure all documentation is issued to the delivery teams to ensure site documentation reflects accurate requirements; Monitor review and improve processes to identify efficiencies within the delivery model and installation standards. Provide technical support to the whole HPC team Ensuring that all project Plant and Materials are identified and documented in the design and the CMDB Ensure the design team provide support to the QS and engineering team in compilation of accurate Bill of Materials and costings for financial profiling. Ensures accuracy and integrity of network related configuration data to support seamless handover to maintenance. Identify areas for innovation and continuous improvement.
