Living Wage Recognised Service Provider

This is a big milestone for Morson and a statement of intent and a reflection of something we’ve always held close to our hearts: placing people first.

For us, this accreditation represents a commitment to fairness, dignity, and respect for everyone who helps make our business and the industries we serve run smoothly.

By becoming a Recognised Service Provider, we join a powerful network of nearly 200 like-minded organisations across the UK. It’s a clear signal to our clients, contractors, and workforce that responsible business starts with valuing people.

What this means 

Each year, the Real Living Wage commitment gives hundreds of thousands of workers a vital pay rise that helps them keep up with the cost of living. Since the movement began over 20 years ago, it has returned more than £3.6 billion to the pockets of workers across the UK.

Being a Real Living Wage Recognised Service Provider means that those directly employed by Morson Talent and Vital are guaranteed to earn at least the Real Living Wage.

We’re also committed to offering a Real Living Wage bid to clients when tendering for contracts, using our position to drive positive change beyond our business.

Why we’re doing it 

We’ve always believed that the success of our business is built on the success of our people. When people are supported, paid fairly, and treated with respect, they can do their best work. And that benefits everyone.

That’s why this accreditation is a big deal for us. It’s a recognition of our ongoing commitment to being a responsible employer and a force for positive change.
