What youll be doing:
- Clearly communicating the requirements of a safe system of work and ensuring accurate adherence.
- Taking ownership of tasks and effectively communicating outcomes.
- Implementing safe systems of work with an uncompromising approach.
- Being aware of specifications and other contract documents.
- Understanding and implementing inspection and test plans.
- Encouraging ownership within the team and fostering a culture of doing it right the first time.
- Fabricating bespoke high-integrity ductwork components manufactured from stainless and mild steel with a sheet thickness of 2 to 3mm.
- Monitoring levels of workmanship.

Who were looking for:
- Experience in welding QC1 stainless steel and mild steel ductwork.
- Welding operations qualification to BS EN ISO 9606-1:2017.
- Understanding of the basic company protocols regarding accidents and incident investigations.
- Understanding of manufacturing tolerances.
