Interior Architectural Technician

Our client is a dynamic consultancy based in Central Manchester, specialising in the education sector. We are currently seeking an Interior Architectural Technician to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Architectural Technology. While we prefer candidates with at least 12 months of post-qualification experience, we are open to considering fresh graduates who demonstrate the right attitude and potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop interior architectural designs for various projects.
• Utilise Revit to create detailed architectural drawings and models.
• Assist in the preparation of design proposals, presentations, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and surveys as required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute innovative ideas to design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential candidates will be required to pass a Revit competency test during the interview process.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Previous experience in the education sector is advantageous but not essential.
