Job Title – Project Manager (all levels)

Morson are currently recruiting for multiple Project Managers (across all levels from Project Manager to Project Director) to join a global property and construction consultancy firm. They offer a range of services including project management, cost management, and advisory services for construction and infrastructure projects. The position is situated in Manchester and comes with a competitive salary, flexible working, and pension plan.

Your role will entail overseeing the execution of significant new construction projects, as well as extensive CAT A, B, and C fit-out undertakings across diverse sites within the North Region. To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a background in construction project management, preferably with previous experience in project management roles involving public and central government clients. Additionally, being a British National (British Citizen from birth) is mandatory as it is a vital prerequisite for obtaining security clearance.

Skills and experience:
• Strong project management and/or programme management background following qualification.
• Proficient understanding and applied experience of project management methodologies.
• Competence in administering construction contracts in roles such as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, and/or Project Manager.
• Comprehensive grasp of legislation affecting building contracts.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbally and in writing.
• Methodical approach to tasks and work processes.
• Aptitude for comprehending intricate information and promptly assessing requirements.

Role Responsibilities:
• Assisting Business Unit Directors in achieving business goals
• Actively interacting with clients and fostering, expanding, and sustaining client connections
• Providing top-notch services and outputs to ensure they align with our clients needs.
• Overseeing projects and/or programs to deliver top-quality services and outputs following business protocols.
• Handling contracts in roles such as contract administrator, employer’s agent, or project manager
• Creating and delivering presentations for clients
• Guiding and supporting staff to help them reach their maximum capabilities.
• Drafting proposals for services
