Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Panel Wireman to join our team in Manchester, focusing on control cabinets. The ideal candidate will have experience in panel wiring, cable assemblies, and control cabinet construction. You will be responsible for interpreting electrical schematics to build and test control panels, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Your main duties will include wiring, assembling, and testing control panels, as well as troubleshooting and rectifying any issues that arise.

Skills:

  1. Experience in panel wiring and control cabinet construction
  2. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
  3. Proficiency in wire preparation and crimping
  4. Strong soldering skills
  5. Knowledge of electrical/electronic product assembly
  6. Familiarity with PCBs and electronic components
  7. Excellent problem-solving abilities
  8. Strong attention to detail
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  10. Good communication skills
