As a Process Safety Business Partner, you’ll work closely with the Process Safety Manager to coach, mentor, and lead improvements across terminal and depot operations. - Collaborate with Terminal Managers, Engineering, HSE, and Operations teams to ensure compliance with COMAH regulations and internal safety standards.
- Lead the coordination of Management of Change (MOC) documentation and Operational Risk Assessments (ORA).
- Support internal process safety meetings and incident investigations, ensuring effective communication of lessons learned and implementation of corrective actions.
- Contribute to robust site induction programmes, clearly outlining COMAH and process safety expectations for visitors and contractors.
- Maintain and update Incident Response Plans, MAH reports, and other critical process safety documents.
