What You’ll Be Doing
Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design across a range of innovative digital products.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to shape business objectives, define KPIs, and align project goals.
Break complex problems into actionable tasks and clearly define acceptance criteria.
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and UX teams to deliver robust solutions.
Translate stakeholder needs into clear documentation, user stories, and process flows.
Mentor and support junior analysts, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends and bring forward new ideas and methodologies.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives with a delivery-focused mindset.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a fast-paced digital or tech environment.
Strong Agile background with a passion for high-quality product delivery.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Confident in running workshops, leading discovery sessions, and facilitating product demonstrations.
Skilled at translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Strong data analysis skills with a track record of making evidence-based recommendations.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading change management initiatives.
Hands-on experience with process mapping, user journeys, and product documentation.
