SAP ECP Consultant / Business Analyst (Employee Central Payroll)
IR35: Outside IR35
Duration: 6 Months
Location: South Manchester (Hybrid 2-3 days per week on site)
A key client of ours is looking for a highly experienced SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) Business Analyst / Consultant to join a critical transformation programme with a major organisation in South Manchester. This role is not suited for generalist BAs - SAP Payroll experience is essential, and only candidates with direct, hands-on experience in SAP ECP will be considered.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in SAP Payroll / SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll) - this is a must.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and cloud-based integrations
- Substantial BA experience across a range of industries ideally demonstrating experience of working on projects that combine systems, process and data changes.
- Demonstrable track record of delivery in complex, commercially driven environments.
- An understanding of the development lifecycle in terms of stages, principles and the changing responsibilities of a Business Analyst throughout.
- Significant experience of Business/Benefit Case development as well as Business Processes Modelling.
- An understanding of Business Implementation principles and issues relating to legacy systems including the analytical ability to assess legacy system documentation/details to impact high profile changes.
- The ability to pull data from various sources to support solving business problems, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time, and ideally across a range of methodologies.
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills, not afraid to challenge and be an effective business partner with great stakeholder management skills.
