The Administrator role is vital to the efficient management and operation of office systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks including the checking and transferring of timesheets and annual leave forms, storing of Waste Transfer Notes (WTN) in the appropriate teams project folder, and maintaining site record sheets such as the live plant hire list. The role also involves ensuring goods received notes are saved correctly, costing of delivery tickets in line with the process, completing plant transfer requests, and assisting in planning and delivery of occupational health checks. Additional responsibilities include reception duties, managing incoming deliveries and mail, PPE monitoring and stock control, assisting with site audits, and ordering and costing updates. The Administrator will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a strong attention to detail.
