Improvement analyst

Role

I am working with ScottishPower Transmission who are looking for an Improvement analyst (Change Lead) at the Cambuslang site.

Expectations

• Drive strategic change in the organisation to achieve SPEN strategic goals
• Run workshops in line with new business model
• Document and map new business processes
• Lead assigned projects to successful delivery and achievement of benefits
• Build relationships and manage stakeholders throughout the organisation
• Lead and coach continuous improvement to improve business results
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to maintain support and buy-in
• Develop Business Cases and identify key performance tracking metrics

Requirements

• Business change/transformation management experience ideally within utilities or similar industry
• 2B knowledge and experience
• Experience within delivering workshops on new business processes
• Previously accredited or willing to work towards certifications as; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Prosci Change Practitioner, and Agile Scrum Master
