Role

Head of transformation with Scottish Water - In this pivotal role, you’ll design, develop, and deliver a transformation portfolio that will shape the future of Scottish Water and directly impact how we serve communities across the country.

Expectations

•You’ll champion LEAN methodologies, digital innovation, and other tools to deliver better outcomes for customers and communities
•Deliver the SR21 efficiency challenge of £700 million, supporting the SR27 business plan, and advancing goals around service excellence, Net Zero, and people development
•Build trust with stakeholders through transparency, accountability, and clear value for money
•Internally, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of projects aligned with our strategic goals, including shaping and refining the SR27 efficiency plan

Requirements

•This role calls for a strong track record in leading large-scale transformation and communicating it effectively across diverse teams
•Hands-on experience with LEAN principles, digital tools, and other innovative approaches to improve productivity and service.
•Confidence working with senior and C-Suite stakeholders is essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation
