Role
I am working with ScottishPower at Glasgow HQ who are looking to recruit a Digital strategy analyst on an initial contract until the end of March 26.

Expectations
- Lead workshops to identify and capture business requirements. Translate them into epics and
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing digital strategies, performance metrics (KPIs), and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Support the creation and evolution of digital roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities and compliance requirements
- Engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Communicate insights and updates clearly through briefings, reports, and presentations
- Own the process of developing and publishing SPEN’s DSAP updates and regulatory submissions. Coordinate with internal teams and external design partners
Requirements
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop and display actionable insights. - Project Management & Planning
Proven experience in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Stakeholder Management
Strong influencing and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels. - Agile Familiarity
Experience working in or alongside agile teams using tools like user stories and backlogs. - Communication Excellence
Skilled in translating complex ideas into concise, impactful communications
