We seek a skilled Embedded Software Engineer to drive software development initiatives and contribute to our domain expertise in maritime systems.

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will lead software development projects, focusing on embedded systems using C/C++ and RTOS. Your responsibilities include contributing to autonomous or robotics software, collaborating across domains, and ensuring adherence to Software Engineering Lifecycle processes. Essential to this role is solving complex problems, presenting technical reports, and having familiarity with Open Systems Architectures and Principles.

Lead software development for maritime solutions and systems integration.
Develop and maintain software within embedded systems, ensuring software management throughout the development lifecycle.
Possibility of acting as a work package lead/manager at system and/or subsystem levels.

Degree or equivalent in software engineering or related discipline.
Proven leadership in software development, particularly in C/C++ for embedded systems and RTOS.
Familiarity with autonomous/robotics software and Software Engineering Lifecycle processes.
Strong communication skills, including technical report writing and presentations.
Experience in maritime combat systems, command and control systems, or related domains.
Desirable skills in LabView, Matlab/Simulink, AI/ML techniques, DOORS, UML/Enterprise Architect, and software safety standards (DEF STAN 00-56 & IEC 61508 or equivalent).
