IT Support Analyst

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide systems-based support to users working on a large scale construction project.

The role is predominantly to offer support to users, however there will be some opportunities to develop your skills with tools such as PowerBI, Power Automate/Apps and also a none code app builder to help develop digital solutions for the project.

Key Task :
• Provide support to end-users for alliance-based systems and access (circa 65% of the role)
• Develop and support digital solutions via the Microsoft toolset and no-code solution
• Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards for the Business Improvement team
• Travel to project site offices (as required)
Who are we looking for?
• Minimum 2/3years experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal skills to rapidly develop robust relationships with stakeholders and end users.
• Required to have a good understanding of Office365/EntraID administration, including PowerShell
• Experience supporting Clevertouch or similar technology and hardware
• Experience using PowerBI
• Experience using SharePoint online including creating lists and managing document libraries
• Possession of knowledge and understanding of various aspects of IT Security good practice
• Technologies: Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI
• Desirable to have some experience using “no-code” tools or Power Platform for developing digital forms and workflow
• Clean Full UK driving license
• Key Performance Indicators
• Prompt response and resolution to user queries and requests
• Developments are delivered as per stakeholder requirements
• Positive feedback from Internal and External Customers

This role is based on 6 months freelance working before becoming a permanent post. This role alsso offers Hybrid working.
