ICT Infrastructure Specialist
Hybrid (2 - 3 Days in the Office)
Based: Stockton on Tees
Permanent Role
- Implement, maintain & support on-premises and infrastructure systems.
- Manage monitoring and optimisation of the infrastructure platforms.
- Review capacity requirements and manage capacity.
- Document and maintain configuration for the design, configuration, routines, processes and tools of ICT estate.
- Identify areas for improvement. Recommend solutions based on the analysis of business requirements and follow defined best practice guidelines and frameworks E.g. ITIL.
- Ensure that IT continuity plans, technology and tools safeguard data integrity, security and access.
