Support Analyst (3-month contract, JUNE STARTER) – London – Up to £200/day Inside IR35

Please note, this temporary role requires you to be onsite 5x per week.

My client are a leading UK-based investment management firm, seeking a Support Analyst to join their London office on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in providing IT support to their two offices and contribute to the implementation of IT projects within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key responsibilities of the Support Analyst:

  • Provide first-line technical support to staff across the two offices, addressing IT issues promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately log all support requests and faults in the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
  • Perform critical morning and weekly system checks, escalating urgent issues to the Systems Operations (SysOps) team as needed.
  • Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners, movers, and leavers.

Key experience required by the Support Analyst:

  • Advanced knowledge of IT systems, applications, and processes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff in a clear and friendly manner.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and team support.
