IS Interim Delivery Lead 1

Contractor Role: IS Service Delivery - Interim Delivery Lead
Duration: 8 months (1 July 2025 - 27 February 2026)
Location: Hybrid - Crawley based office (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Rate: £600 per day - Outside the scope of IR35

Overview:
Seeking an experienced IS Service Delivery professional to support leadership during key transition and transformation activities, including:
- Embedding Cyber Resilience Programme (CRP) into BAU operations for NIS-CAF EP compliance
- Managing the transition from Kyndryl to TCS as the outsourced service provider
- Supporting the transformation of IS Service Delivery under a SIAM model

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily tasks to support IS Service Delivery leads (Manager, Reliability Lead, Quality Lead)
- Coach and guide leads on managing outsourced partners under SIAM
- Oversee implementation and integration of CRP into BAU
- Support transition to TCS and subsequent service delivery transformation
- Drive capability uplift across key IT process areas

Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years in IT Service Delivery under SIAM
- Deep understanding of:
o DR & Continuity
o Change/Problem/Request Management
o SIAM & SLAs
o Quality, Training, Risk, Reporting
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Certifications (preferred): ITIL, SIAM, COBIT, Cyber Security
