Change Lead x4

Our client Scottish Power are currently recruiting for Change leads to join their team based in Cambuslang on a contract basis initially. Ideally for this role they are looking for someone with a strong Change Management background who is aware of how to get financial authorisations, understands the2B process and the Stakeholder Engagement process. Business and Department
The successful applicant will lead and manage a variety of strategic improvement and transformation initiatives aligned with the pursuit of our Strategic Plans, specifically related to the Transmission part of our business. You will enhance SP Energy Networks as an organisation and our Customers experience, extracting the maximum value from business opportunities presented in the fulfilment of our regulatory obligations through RIIO-T2 and RIIO-T3 price control periods. You will lead on SPT project activities leveraging subject matter experts in the business to: define current alignment between business process steps and digital solutions used document TO-BE business processes and supporting systems to be used carry out change impact assessments for all proposed system changes & develop change roadmap adopt Change Management / Prosci principles to support the business adopt and sustain the changes required work with business areas to define business case / needs case for each digital solution and create CBAs.

• Operate with agility to adapt to changing situations & business demands quickly
• Lead people side of change using Prosci Change Management framework
• Identify, establish and monitor performance measures to validate success
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to maintain support and buy-in
• Develop Business Cases and identify key performance tracking metrics
Requirements

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• Previously accredited or willing to work towards certifications as
o Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and
o Prosci Change Practitioner, and
o Agile Scrum Master
• Knowledge and experience of a Transmission business and BIM solution preferable
• Proven ability to implement change in a complex multi-national organisation
• Able to set stretch goals & deadlines aligned with business and customer priorities
• Able to empower and encourage development of individuals and project teams
• Challenge status quos and champion continuous improvement
• Model professionalism and positive mindset being transparent, ethical, authentic, honest and operating with integrity in all interactions
• Comfortable leading the conversation in subject matters outside comfort-zone

• Able to undertake occasional travel to other SP Energy Networks locations

MINIMUM CRITERIA
• Experience of leading business projects & managing stakeholders in a complex business
• Demonstrable evidence of planning, organising, prioritising to deliver results on time
• Use of Change Management, Agile, Lean Sigma, or other improvement methods
• Leveraged resources outside of span of control, ideally within a large organisation
• Degree qualified in Business, Engineering, Technical or related discipline or minimum 5yrs related business experience
