Are you an experienced Project Manager ready for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful team in Reading. We’ve been contracted for the design and build of a facility near Reading, and we’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead this transformative project.

Role Overview: As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the delivery of a complex project encompassing Programme Management, Construction, Building Services (M&E), Instrumentation and Control Systems, and various external works. This is a permanent role based on site, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on a career-enhancing project.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in delivering complex civil, mechanical, and electrical projects nearing completion is desirable.
• Strong background in delivering large-scale projects, preferably with five years’ experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead multi-contractor and multi-disciplined teams to achieve common goals.
• Proficiency in P6 and sound planning principles.
• Commitment to championing Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment, and upholding integrity in all aspects of work.
• Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to understanding and meeting client needs with excellence.
