Cost Managers required to work for Leading Contracts, Commercial & Construction Consultancy on Major High Speed Rail Infrastructure Project.
Contract - Inside IR35 - Day Rate Negotiable depending on relevant experience.
6 months ongoing contract basis
London or Birmingham - Hybrid Working Arrangements
Role Brief:
As Commercial Manager/Cost Manager you will undertake Commercial Cost Verification/Assurance work.
You will have experience working as a Commercial/Cost Manager on similar size infrastructure projects.
CEMAR Experience.
NEC Contracts Knowledge and experience.
Benchmarking Cost model used for cost verification.
Member of RICS or equivalent recognised body preferred.
