And right now, we’re looking for a Contracts Delivery Manager Based at our Capenhurst OR Stoke Poges you’ll lead the Contract Management team in a geographical location supporting all projects delivered in their portfolio or program.  The Contracts Delivery Manager’s remit will include the development of all support resources and accountability for the quality of Contract Management output in Urenco’s project portfolio.

The Contracts Delivery Manager will directly support local projects, Major Projects or Expansion program / portfolio demands, and act as a first line customer point of contact.

What will your day look like?

  • Accountable for the delivery of portfolio or program level reports including forward resource planning
  • Accountable for the BU SLA, Major Projects or Expansion Projects and associated requirements
  • Develop contract management strategies specific to the project requirements and own the contract management implementation plan
  • Ensure company wide alignment between the contractual requirements and the project delivery strategy
  • Overall responsibility for the reporting of project, program / portfolio status in relation to safety, scope, cost, schedule and Business benefits objectives
  • Provide portfolio / business level reporting
  • Analysis of project progress metrics to ensure successful project delivery including flagging issues to the project manager in good time to enable remedial action
  • Integrate and perform in a high performance team, ensuring flawless integration of all sub-disciplines and functions throughout the project lifecycle.

What do you need to be great at this role?
Educated to Degree level a relevant discipline or equivalent experience

  • Project Management  or Contract Management Qualification / Accreditation such as CIPFA, CIPS, APM, PMI or ACostE
  • Min. 5 years’ experience of leading / managing contract management  teams
  • Min. one project exceeding €10 million
  • Demonstrable experience across the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to hand-over
  • Demonstrable success in project delivery outside the nuclear industry
  • Strong team-player with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

  • Annual leave of 27 days per annum.
