Permanent & 36-Month FTC Options Available
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s most trusted and community-driven legal services teams. Backed by a well-established organisation known for its ethical values, you’ll play a key role in modernising case management technology across a high-performing legal division — with flexibility at the heart of how and where you work.
We’re looking for a Case Management Developer to help design, build, and deliver digital solutions that improve how colleagues manage legal cases and client journeys. You’ll work as part of a collaborative tech team supporting a major re-platforming programme (migrating to ShareDo), where your skills will directly contribute to simplifying processes, enhancing service delivery, and shaping future workflows.
What you’ll be doing:
Designing and building technical solutions within the case management system (CMS), currently being migrated to ShareDo
Developing and maintaining complex workflows to meet operational and legal service needs
Supporting the wider team through mentoring and solution design
Working with stakeholders to turn business requirements into scalable, sustainable tools
Helping ensure CMS functionality aligns with regulatory standards and best practice
✅ What we’re looking for:
Hands-on experience developing or configuring CMS platforms such as ShareDo, Peppermint, Leap, or OpenText
Background in legal, financial services, or similarly regulated environments
Familiarity with CRM/ERP transformations and the software development lifecycle
Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow optimisation
Confident communicator able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
Someone passionate about mentoring, sharing knowledge, and building capability within a team
Why apply?
True flexibility – 99% hybrid working, with access to a central Manchester hub if/when needed
Be part of a company with strong values, inclusive culture, and a genuine community impact
Work on meaningful transformation projects within a collaborative tech team
Excellent benefits including:
28 days holiday + bank holidays
Up to 10% employer pension contributions
30% discount on food stores
Learning & development support
Access to wellbeing, mental health & money management tools
If you’re an experienced CMS developer looking to take ownership of impactful legal technology projects — all while enjoying flexible working and great support — we’d love to hear from you.
We’re open to candidates from anywhere in the UK and welcome applications from those who may require flexible or part-time working arrangements.
