This is an on-site permanent role based in the Reading area provides the opportunity to work across a variety of projects within the Defence sector.

Role Requirements

· Leading the operational management and delivery of projects

· Building relationships with key stakeholders (Client, Contractors, M&E Project Manager functions) and maintaining regular communication

· Leading key packages of site works

· Experience in leading multi contractor and multi-disciplined teams to deliver a common goal is desirable

· Relevant experience in Mechanical and Electrical, preferably in a highly regulated environment

· Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way

· Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs.
