Manchester City Centre, Greater Manchester, England

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Manchester (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Salary: Up to £55,000
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a high-growth, international technology business supporting over 100,000 customers across multiple countries. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment focused on delivering exceptional digital tools and services through web and mobile platforms.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, profitable company that still retains the dynamic culture and agility of a start-up. The business offers full product ownership, close cross-functional collaboration, and a clear path for personal and professional development.

If you’re passionate about solving complex problems, thrive on collaboration, and want to make a real impact through your work, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design across a range of innovative digital products.

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to shape business objectives, define KPIs, and align project goals.

  • Break complex problems into actionable tasks and clearly define acceptance criteria.

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and UX teams to deliver robust solutions.

  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear documentation, user stories, and process flows.

  • Mentor and support junior analysts, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and bring forward new ideas and methodologies.

  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives with a delivery-focused mindset.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a fast-paced digital or tech environment.

  • Strong Agile background with a passion for high-quality product delivery.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Confident in running workshops, leading discovery sessions, and facilitating product demonstrations.

  • Skilled at translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.

  • Strong data analysis skills with a track record of making evidence-based recommendations.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading change management initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience with process mapping, user journeys, and product documentation.

Why Join?

  • Work in a modern city-centre office with outstanding views and a vibrant team culture.

  • High level of autonomy and a clear progression framework tailored to your career goals.

  • Exciting product roadmap with opportunities to shape brand-new features and tools.

  • Close collaboration with leadership and product teams to turn ideas into outcomes.

  • An inclusive environment where achievements are celebrated and rewarded.

Benefits

  • Up to £55,000 salary depending on experience

  • Profit Share scheme

  • 25 days annual leave + birthday off, rising with service

  • £500 annual training budget

  • 2 conference days per year

  • Enhanced sick pay and Employee Assistance Programme

  • Health coverage through Health Shield

  • Cycle to Work scheme and season ticket loan

  • Free breakfast every Monday and weekly fresh fruit

  • On-site gym (coming soon)

  • Regular recognition and incentive rewards
