This is a front-facing, varied and fast-paced role that would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and has a proactive approach to problem solving. You’ll be the go-to person for office-related matters, supporting internal teams and welcoming visitors, contractors, and new starters.

• Liaising with multiple teams across the business to ensure a seamless office experience for all staff and visitors
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous administration or office management experience (or similar roles with transferable skills)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in dealing with staff at all levels as well as contractors and visitors
• Strong organisational abilities and the initiative to manage multiple priorities
• A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information:
• Must be a UK citizen or permanent resident (unfortunately this role is not open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship)
• Candidates must be able to start at short notice
• Timesheets are required for payroll processing
• Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, with the possibility of on-site interviews depending on availability (stacked format)
