Administrator/Secretary

Administrator/ PA; Location Broughton Nr Chester; 12-month contract; £19.50ph PAYE, Inside IR35

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced administrator / secretary to provide support to a Management Leader and a member of the first line team, working for one of our prestigious clients. This role will require the post holder to be based on site with the potential for working from home flexibility.
The role will provide comprehensive support, and the holder will possess excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining customer focus.

Responsibilities:

Travel & expenses management
Diary management
Organisation of meeting
Taking minutes of meetings
Administrative & logistical support
Ad-hoc project support
Visitor and taxi bookings for external / transnational visitors
Support end to end purchasing process
Support with monthly reporting and standard presentation packs

Requirements:

Practice integrity, showing discretion with Company sensitive information.
Demonstrate highest standards of Ethics & Compliance
Embrace digitalisation and change to further improve ways of working
Connect with assistants locally and overseas locations
Confident and flexible in learning and using software and systems.
Strong communication skills
Ability to organise and prioritise workload, managing several topics at once
Good understanding of internal organisation, processes and tools

Ability to stay calm under pressure
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Candidates must have experience providing business support at management level, along with excellent attention to detail and IT Skills
