IT Support Analyst

Currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support for a range of IT systems and applications used by the organisation. You will play a key part in projects to improve systems / procedures and will have the opportunity to assist upgrading the IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

  • Record, respond and resolve any IT issues raised by staff
  • Support and maintain bespoke business software including customising reports and uploading data
  • Undertake project work to improve IT systems
  • Perform user and mailbox administration
  • Manage distribution of mobile phones and associated hardware
  • Manage and maintain hardware and software asset lists and databases
  • Configure, install and maintain PC’s, printers and other IT equipment
  • Check and monitor servers and network equipment
  • Monitor and manage data backups

Key skills:

  • Windows 7/10 installation, configuration and administration
  • Microsoft Office installation, configuration and administration
  • Network cabling and IP fundamentals
  • Exposure to report writing tools
  • Able to understand and write SQL queries
