Talent Acquisition Manager

We are currently supporting a large-scale reputable organisation in the entertainment industry who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their HR team. 

This is a brand new role for the business which has been created to set up and develop the in-house recruitment function to enable the organisations future growth. 

Salary is between £50,000 - £60,000 DOE with a 10% bonus. Hybrid working is offered with 3 days required in the Manchester City Centre office per week. 

The Role:

  • Manage the recruitment function and the in-house strategy surrounding permanent and casual resource.
  • Supporting the reduction in agency spend and the over-reliance of agencies. 
  • Support the organisation in the introduction of new technologies which will enhance the overall recruitment strategy and operation. 
  • Work closely with the hiring managers and SLT gaining their trust and confidence. 
  • Promote the organisation’s brand.
  • Find creative ideas to recruit and attract top talent in a very competitive industry. 
  • Assess and evaluate the whole candidate journey. 
  • Seek creative ways of exploring both passive and active recruitment markets.
  • Provide recruitment MI to key stakeholders.
  • Assess and evaluate the internal talent pool. 
  • Lead, inspire and motivate a team to deliver an outstanding recruitment service. 

Requirements: 

  • Experience of working in a Recruitment Manager/Lead role.
  • Ideally both agency and in-house experience, but this is not essential.
  • Experience of reducing agency spend by enhancing and developing internal strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience of leading a recruitment team.
  • Flexible to travel to national sites when required.
