Talent Acquisition Partner - Up to £45k with Car Allowance and Bonus

We are currently partnering with a leading construction organisation with national coverage in the UK as they recruit for a Resourcing Partner to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. 

Salary for this role is  between £40,000 - £45,000 with a £5,000 car allowance and a 15% annual bonus. Other benefits that are included are very competitive, including their hybrid working model which is 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. You will work from the HQ based in Birmingham. 

This is a key role within the organisation as the Resourcing Partner will sit within the HR team but operate independently as the main point of contact for all recruitment activity. You will provide a full recruitment service and deliver the end-to-end recruitment process for the organisation.

The Role:

  • End to end operational resource management of roles.
  • Creation of recruitment strategies based on forecasted requirements.
  • Putting in place different recruitment plans dependant on the role.
  • Development and maintenance of recruitment documentation.
  • Upskill and train hiring managers on different areas of the recruitment process.
  • Produce and analyse recruitment data to assist in decision making.
  • Put in place and manage a PSL and agency relationships.
  • Have the credibility to influence, identify, shape and implement processes all the while being collaborative with senior leaders and hiring managers.

Requirements: 

  • Strong In-House or Agency experience of managing end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience of recruiting for the construction industry - essential. 
  • Excellent relationship building skills with a proven ability to coach and advise managers at all levels on recruitment matters.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Proven ability of influencing and challenging when appropriate.
  • Experience of working towards tight deadlines and within a busy recruitment function.
  • Full driving license for when occasional travel may be required.
