Overview:
We’re now recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. As a Credit Controller, youll play a crucial role in our clients Credit Control team, managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts. Your main objective? Ensuring prompt invoice collection and reducing debtor days while enhancing cash collection performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly cash collection targets through proactive credit control methods.
• Prioritise debt collection based on value and client profiles, ensuring compliance with insurance policies.
• Maintain detailed account activity records and monitor daily cash received for accurate reporting.
• Resolve invoicing queries and process credit notes promptly.
• Identify and escalate trends to reduce ongoing queries and errors.
• Process self-billing invoices efficiently with keen attention to detail.
• Provide statements to clients monthly and alert management to potential bad debt issues.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in B2B Credit Control, preferably within a large organisation.
• Ability to work effectively to targets and deadlines while prioritising workload.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build positive client relationships while ensuring effective cash collection.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed team player.
