Senior Project Manager- CRM Dynamics-Higher Education

Senior Project Manager with expereince of delivering CRM Dynamics projects within a Higher education or public sector environment with excellent supplier management abilities to support our higher education client.
The Senior Project Manager will have extensive experience of delivering software backlogs within CRM Dynamics projects to support an inflight CRM Dynamics projects managing suppliers effectively.
This position involves managing multiple workstreams, including UAT, functional requirements delivery, implementation planning, stakeholder management, reporting, and technical delivery oversight.

Essential Experience

• Experience of managing CRM Dynamics projects within a higher education or public sector environment.
• Experience of managing complex CRM projects essential.
• This project has multiple workstreams including UAT, delivery of functional requirements, implementation planning, stakeholder management, reporting, managing technical delivery.
• Waterfall and Agile Project Management experience
• Excellent expereince and skills in using Jira to document projects.
• Experience work working with large suppliers and complex tripartite arrangements
• Proven track record in managing complex projects
• Familiarity with large suppliers and complex tripartite arrangements
• Ability to pick up in complex in flight CRM Dynamics projects across a few project workstreams.
• Strong communications skills and senior stakeholder engagement abilities.

Desirable Experience

• Experience of delivering CRM Dynamics and Admissions projects within Higher Education

Hybrid working with 1 day per week on site in London
6 months with scope to extend-£550-£586 per day inside IR35
