Morson Talent are recruiting for security guards for work at Appledore, Bideford, North Devon.
As a Security Guard you will provide:
- A professional customer service
- Effective access control
- Interior and exterior security through manual observation and the use of on-site CCTV cameras.
Scheduled and random checks of designated areas throughout the facility to check for any security breaches.
You will be responsible for using corporate protocol to greet facility guests and staff, assigning the proper security access to each. Part of your role will include performing Collaborating with other members of the security team to ensure that the facility is safe at all times.
What do I need to do the role?
You will need some security and customer service experience.
We would also like you to have:
Excellent judgement, decision making and making informed decisions based on own initiative.
SIA Security Guard or Door Supervisors Licence (Frontline)
Full UK Car Driving Licence
Computer experience and software knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Ability to write clear daily written reports.
What else do I need to know?
12 hour shifts
Day shifts or night shifts available
4 days on 4 days off.
48 hours per week over 365 day working pattern
6 month initial contract
