REGIONAL HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Morson is proud to be partnering with a national organisation in the search for a Regional HR Business Partner to join their dynamic HR team.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £36,000 plus a car allowance of £5,700. The role will cover the Midlands region, with travel required across sites in Wellingborough, Risley, Ruddington, and Loughborough.

The position offers hybrid working, with 3 days on-site and 2 days working from home. The successful candidate will have full autonomy over managing their own diary.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders across the Midlands site, gaining in-depth understanding of their business needs to deliver a high-quality HR service.
  • Lead and manage all Employee Relations matters within the Midlands region, ensuring consistent and fair outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on a wide range of HR topics to enhance people management capabilities.
  • Contribute to TUPE processes and integration initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in the review and enhancement of HR policies and procedures in collaboration with the HR Director.
  • Support the presentation and analysis of HR data in meetings, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law with a strong track record in handling Employee Relations matters.
  • Hands-on experience supporting TUPE processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Solid experience coaching and advising managers across a broad range of HR topics.
