Job Duties:

• Identifying and acquiring suitable properties for development or investment.
• Negotiating property purchase or lease agreements.
• Evaluating potential properties based on market trends and financial analysis.
• Managing relationships with property owners, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Overseeing due diligence processes and coordinating property inspections.
• Developing and implementing property acquisition strategies.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in property acquisition, preferably in the real estate industry.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Financial analysis and market research skills.
• Ability to assess property value and potential for development.
• Proficiency in negotiation and contract management.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Working Conditions:

The role may require travel to various locations within the UK and occasional international travel for property inspections and negotiations. Regular office hours with flexibility needed to accommodate property viewings and meetings with stakeholders.

Salary:

£45000.00 - £60000.00 per annum
