Information Coordinator (Document Control)

Scottish Power Renewables are looking for an Information Coordinator to join their East Anglia Three project on a contract basis.

They are looking for someone with strong document control and information management exprience within an energy generation industry. 

Role: Information Coordinator
Business: Scottish Power Renewables - East Anglia Three
Duration: Initial contract until 31st Dec 2024, with renewal in line with the project
Location: Tudor Street London or St Vincent Street Glasgow/hybrid style working
Rate: Inside IR35, Umbrella and PAYE options available

Main Purpose of Job
This role will revolve around the information coordination and project administration of the East Anglia Three project, specifically co-ordination of document engineering review, interface and approval process

Key Tasks Include

• Establish and maintain a distribution matrix for all deliverables
• Ensure deliverables are submitted on time and in accordance to the master document register (MDR)
• Ensure reviews are performed in due time by the engineers
• Track progress of documents approval process via specific trackers per stakeholder (Certification, MWS)
• Ensure all Management of Change are incorporated into the document management system
• Review of Daily Progress Reports and flag up to contract team any stand-by on Client events
• As-built dossier up-keep

Certification, MWS, Document Management, Engineer

Key Criteria

• Experience in document management processes for engineering projects
• Experience of managing interfaces across project teams
• Knowledge within offshore installations and wind projects is desirable
• Previous experience in the use of Aconex or similar document management platforms
