Morson are supporting a key customer in the recruitment of a dynamic and experienced Content Creator to join their team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a market-leading software business within the yachting sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing, monitoring, and reporting on the marketing strategy, collaborating closely with product and sales teams to produce top-notch content targeting diverse audiences and personas.

Responsibilities:

- Develop high-quality videos, graphics, and instructional content tailored to the software and B2B sector.
- Work collaboratively with product and sales teams to devise marketing strategies aimed at various audience segments.
- Manage website content using WordPress CMS.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud for content creation purposes.
- Provide assistance across other areas of the marketing function as required.
- Implement AI tools to streamline content creation processes.
- Represent the company at international trade events and networking functions.

Essential:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a content creator in the software and B2B sphere.
- Strong B2B marketing experience with a focus on creating content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with WordPress CMS.
- Keen attention to detail and an appreciation for design principles.

Desirable:

- Understanding of software development and project management.
- Skills in graphic design and video editing.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Knowledge of brand asset management.
