We are currently expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Bid Manager to join our Oren Environmental division in Mansfield, Nottingham.

About the Role:

As a Bid Manager, you will be an integral part of a close-knit team, collaboratively managing tender bids and promoting our services in both private and public sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, evaluating, and submitting tender bids.
  • Collaborating with other departments for commercial evaluation and operational input.
  • Scripting, assembling, publishing, and submitting tender documentation.
  • Supporting the Oren Sales Manager in developing proposals and required documentation.
  • Serving as the focal point for incoming tenders/enquiries and determining bid recommendations.
  • Coordinating support from other company departments during the tender process.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and procedures, including specific authorizations for proposals and contracts.

Key Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Bid management and tender compilation experience.
  • Financial and commercial involvement.
  • Desirable: Operations or engineering experience in the utilities sector.
  • Full UK driving license.
