Overview: We are seeking a skilled Event Logistics Coordinator to join our clients team at the Post Office. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the coordination and execution of events, demos, and sessions aimed at showcasing Post Office solutions to end-users. This is a remote position with occasional travel to London, offering an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment. This role would be suited to individuals from a logistics, scheduling or executive assistant/PA background.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and organize events, demos, and sessions in collaboration with team members.
• Manage travel arrangements and logistics for team members attending events.
• Maintain accurate records and data related to event planning and coordination.
• Provide logistical support to individual team members, ensuring smooth execution of activities.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including postmasters, to facilitate effective communication and relationship building.
• Utilize Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Microsoft Forms, to support event planning and coordination.
• Demonstrate understanding of Post Office operations and business model, particularly relating to the nature of postmasters as business owners.

Candidate Profile:
Essential Requirements:
1. Previous experience in either logistics and planning role, with a focus on scheduling and coordination, or an executive assistant role, where travel arrangements needed to be arranged.
2. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint) and standard IT applications.
4. Ability to work standard hours (9-5) with flexibility for *occasional* evening events.

Nice to Have:
• Understanding of the Post Office business model and operations.
