HR Administrator - 12 month fixed term

We are currently partnering with our Leeds based client as they look for a HR Administrator to join their small and friendly HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity.
This role will be based out of the office in Leeds with a hybrid working scheme offered. This will be up to 3 days per week working from home. Salary for the role is £25,000pa. Working hours will be 8:30am - 5:30pm.
This is a true generalist HR Administrator position where you will be:
- Reporting into the HR Manager, supporting them with any companywide HR projects
- Providing a comprehensive and professional HR service to the business
- Supporting with recruitment activity such as posting adverts, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and delivering offers
- Managing the HR and ATS databases ensuring they are up to date and compliant
- Supporting managers across the business with low level HR advice
- Managing the onboarding and induction processes
- Writing HR documentation which will include offer letters, probation updates, etc
- Supporting with any other HR duties as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced HR function as a HR Administrator
- Ideally CIPD qualified, or studying towards, however this isn’t essential if there is proven experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT and computer-related knowledge
- Ability to work independently and prioritise, in addition to thriving as part of a wider team
- Available for and can commit to a 12 month fixed term contract
