Job Title: Personal Assistant to Strategic Leaders
Company: Morson Talent, on behalf of Severn Trent
Location: Coventry, with occasional travel to other sites. (Driving license required. Travel expenses paid for by the company).
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

Are you a resilient and organized individual, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to support two strategic leaders at Severn Trent, one in capital delivery and the other in capital design.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to two individuals, who lead significant teams within Severn Trent. Your duties will include managing calendars, arranging meetings, coordinating travel, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and appointments for two strategic leaders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation and transportation.
  • Assist with project management tasks within delivery and design departments.
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation and filing.
  • Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming communication and prioritize accordingly.
  • Cover for other team members when necessary.
  • Proficiency in SAP and ability to manage tasks effectively through Teams meetings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in either a PA or Team Administrator role, ideally supporting department leads.
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle (essential).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Resilient and adaptable nature, able to manage varying support needs.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience in SAP (desirable).
  • Professional demeanour with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Interview Process:
The interview process will consist of two stages. The first stage will involve a competency-based interview with hiring manager and one member of her team, lasting approximately one hour. The second stage will include an interview with the two strategic leaders.

Benefits:

  • Temp to perm opportunity (strong likelihood of becoming perm).
  • Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am - 5 pm, Friday 8:30 am - 4 pm.
  • Office-based role with occasional opportunities for remote work (where required, this is a mostly office based role).
  • Parking available initially at Salt Lane, with the possibility of on-site parking one permanent.

Start Date: ASAP, beginning of May
