Job Title: Personal Assistant to Director of Customer Solutions
Company: Severn Trent
Location: Coventry, with occasional travel to London
Salary: £30,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, flexible between 9-5 or 8-4

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Director of Customer Solutions at Severn Trent. As the first dedicated PA in this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact, ensuring seamless management of Judes schedule, travel arrangements, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficient diary management for the Director, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Planning and organizing events, including logistics and coordination of materials.
• Drafting and preparing presentations, reports, and documents for board meetings and internal stakeholders.
• Liaising with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of the Director.
• Prioritizing and managing workload effectively, meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrating initiative and creativity in problem-solving, thinking outside the box to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanour, representing the Director professionally in all interactions.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a PA or EA role.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to accommodate occasional travel and fluctuating work hours.
