Salary:

£350.00 - £500.00 Per day Umbrella / £265.30 - £377.39 PAYE

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Oversee pricing and tender processes to secure new business opportunities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial objectives with overall business goals

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar commercial management role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education:

Educated to degree level with Law degree or Quantity Surveyor qualification, or equivalent qualification or relevant experience

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management

Knowledge and Skills:

• Deep understanding of commercial and financial principles
• Proficiency in contract management and negotiation
• Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Professional certifications in commercial management

Working Conditions:
