Assistant Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Assistant Project Manager to join our client working on a large construction project in Suffolk.
You will be responsible for supporting our project managers with the delivery of highways and associated structures and utilities, within budget and on schedule to support the successful build of the project.

What Youll Do:

As one of our Assistant Project Managers, youll be at the forefront of shaping the project through the development of cutting-edge infrastructure. Your scope of accountability will encompass a diverse range of projects, including but not limited to:

• Design and construction of on and off-site infrastructure
• Park and Ride sites
• Rail works
• Accommodation campus
• Temporary cabins
• Temporary construction roads
• Hardstandings
• Utility networks (potable water, comms & data, power, fire fighting water, etc.)
• Highway works (bypasses, public realm works to adoptable standards)

What Youll Bring:

Proven project management experience in large-scale construction or energy projects.

Civil Engineering background.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the energy or construction sector.

It’d be great if you’ve got a qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
