Tender Planner Hybrid

Tender Planner required to join a well regarded construction company. Their Tender Planners work on construction exclusively in the North West, working on a hybrid/flexible basis. They have a long history of delivering construction projects in the Education and Residential sectors in the UK. They are a very well respected contractor with much of their work down to repeat business. They are now looking to recruit a high calibre Tender Planner to join their North West based team.

The Role
• Provide planning support to the Preconstruction team ensuring all programme, logistics and delivery aspects are compliant with relevant legislation, tender brief, and contract requirement
• Analyse Tender documents and identify required planning responses
• Investigate and recommend alternative and innovative solutions with change impact assessment
• Contribute to Tender Meetings
• Support and contribute to the tender quality submission with written responses to

About You
• Proven Tender Planning experience in the construction sector
• Good commercial knowledge of the sector
• Contractual awareness
• Understanding and demonstrable skills
• Effective communications skills with colleagues and clients in a warm and persuasive way both formally and informally.
