Job Title: Mid to Senior DevOps Engineer (Remote)
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based candidates)
Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing tech team. You’ll play a key role in building and scaling infrastructure for our cloud-native platforms, working closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth CI/CD processes, high availability, and robust security.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
Orchestrate containerized applications with Kubernetes.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment.
Write tools and automation in Python to support development workflows.
Monitor systems for reliability, performance, and security.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
Proven hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization best practices.
Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling (e.g., GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative workflows.
