FP&A Analyst / Contract initial 6 months / London / £250 - £300 P/D Inside IR35 / Hybrid - 2 days P/w

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our team supporting a major divestment programme within a large, complex organisation. This high-impact role will focus on reviewing technology-based contracts, streamlining financial reporting, and contributing to strategic workforce planning as we prepare business units for separation. This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity to be a key player in an exciting transformation journey!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the financial planning and analysis activities related to a significant divestment programme.
  • Review and analyse technology contracts, working closely with legal and procurement teams to assess commercial terms, risks, and cost implications.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain reporting processes and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to programme leadership.
  • Partner with HR and operations teams to support workforce planning, including cost modelling, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis across multiple workstreams.
  • Assist in building and tracking financial models to assess divestment scenarios and impacts.
  • Work collaboratively across finance, legal, IT, and programme management teams to ensure financial alignment and transparency.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in an FP&A role within a large or complex organisation.
  • Strong understanding of contract review processes, ideally with experience partnering with legal and procurement teams.
  • Comfortable interpreting and analysing technology-related agreements (e.g. SaaS, infrastructure, support services).
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
  • Experience with large-scale transformation or divestment programmes preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Location & Working Pattern:

This role is based in London, with a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days per week in the office.
